SK8 FOR A CAUSE:
Skateboard to raise money for Children’s Hospital. Download here or pick-up (Fairfax Surf Shop) a Sponsor Form, and have friends, family and companies donate money for the cause. Ride beings at 10 AM at Fairfax High School and is OPEN TO ALL AGES
SKATE COMPETITION:
The competition begins with preliminary tryouts on June 20, 4-7 PM at Van Dyck Skate Park. There are three age brackets (10&U, 14& U, and 18& U) and four event categories (Half Pipe, Best Trick, Street Course, and FSS Skate Team Tryout) . On the Main Festival Day, June 21, finals for the skate competition will begin at 11 AM and be held throughout the day.

PRIZES:
Prizes will be given away for those who raise certain amounts of money for Sk8 For a Cause. Finalists & Winners for the Skate Competition will also receive prizes , including 4-6 Skaters who will get a spot on the Fairfax Surf Shop Skate Team with full sponsorship!
